How will Patient X end?

This is the same question I thought to myself, over and over again whilst sucking an Aniseed Ball and playing 'Chasm Spasm'. Will he be hit by another car? Will he change his name and be run over by an aeroplane? Or will he be attacked by zombies? I have decided to hold a vote on this question, featuring many different endings that will appear in my mind. Vote once, vote twice, but only twice overwise it will mess everything up.
